This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your Fancierstudio DG15x15 BP Digital Heat Press. This 15x15 inch clamshell heat press features a pull-out lower platen, digital temperature and time controls, and adjustable pressure, making it suitable for various heat transfer applications including T-shirts, garments, bags, mouse mats, jigsaw puzzles, ID badges, and ceramic tiles.

1. सेटअप
- अनप्याकिङ: Carefully remove the heat press from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
- नियुक्ति: Place the heat press on a stable, heat-resistant surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 48 pounds). Ensure adequate ventilation around the machine.

2. सञ्चालन निर्देशनहरू
2.1 Power On and Temperature/Time Setting
- पावर अन: Locate the red power switch on the side of the control box and turn it ON.

- तताउने: The machine will begin heating to the set temperature. The display will show the current temperature.

५.२ चाप समायोजन
The pressure can be adjusted using the knob located on top of the heating element. Turn clockwise to increase pressure and counter-clockwise to decrease pressure. Test the pressure by closing the platen without an item to ensure it meets your requirements.

५.२ ताप स्थानान्तरण प्रक्रिया
- तयारी वस्तु: Place your item (e.g., T-shirt) on the lower platen. The 5.5-inch pull-out lower platen allows for easy loading and positioning.
- पद स्थानान्तरण: Place your heat transfer material (sublimation paper, HTV, etc.) onto the item. Ensure it is correctly aligned.
- Close Platen: Carefully slide the lower platen back into position. Lower the upper platen using the handle until it locks into place. The timer will automatically begin counting down.
- समापन: Once the set time has elapsed, an audible alarm will sound. Lift the handle to raise the upper platen.

3. मर्मतसम्भार
- सरसफाई: Regularly wipe down the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. For the platens, ensure they are cool before cleaning. Use a non-abrasive cleaner if necessary.
- Teflon Sheet: The included Teflon sheet protects the heating element and your transfer materials. Replace it if it becomes damaged or excessively dirty.
