सेटअप

Before using your watch, it is important to set the correct time and date.

2. समय र मिति सेट गर्दै

  1. सामान्य समय प्रदर्शनबाट, थिच्नुहोस् मोड button three times to enter time setting mode. The seconds digits will flash.

  1. सामान्य समय प्रदर्शनबाट, थिच्नुहोस् मोड स्टपवाच मोडमा प्रवेश गर्न दुई पटक बटन थिच्नुहोस्। डिस्प्लेले "००:००:००" देखाउनेछ।
  2. थिच्नुहोस् स्टार्ट/स्टप स्टपवाच सुरु गर्न बटन।
  3. थिच्नुहोस् स्टार्ट/स्टप स्टपवाच पज गर्न फेरि बटन थिच्नुहोस्।
  4. थिच्नुहोस् रिसेट गर्नुहोस् स्टपवाच पज हुँदा "००:००:००" मा रिसेट गर्न बटन थिच्नुहोस्।
  5. पज गरेपछि समय पुन: सुरु गर्न, थिच्नुहोस् स्टार्ट/स्टप बटन।
