सामान्य सुरक्षा सावधानीहरू:

• व्यावसायिक स्थापना: स्थापना, मर्मतसम्भार र मर्मत योग्य सेवा कर्मचारीहरूद्वारा गरिनुपर्छ। अनुचित स्थापनाले बिजुलीको झट्का, आगो वा पानी चुहावट निम्त्याउन सक्छ।
• विद्युतीय सुरक्षा: Ensure the power supply matches the rating plate specifications. Do not use extension cords or multi-outlet adapters. Always use a dedicated power circuit.

For optimal performance and safety, the installation of your Blue Star Split AC must be carried out by a certified and authorized service technician. Improper installation can void your warranty and lead to operational issues or safety hazards.

Service Charges for Split AC Installation:

Below is a general guide for service charges related to split AC installation. Please note that these are indicative and actual costs may vary based on specific site conditions and additional materials required. GST will be applicable.

• Mounting and installation of ODU & IDU (with accessories, if required).
• Drilling on the brick wall (up to 10") for the copper tube, drain pipe, and the interconnection of electrical wires with communication cables.
• Cleaning the site.
• Product demonstration covering features, safety protocols, and troubleshooting steps.

• Additional copper pipe, electric / communication cables and drain pipe beyond the standard.
• Civil / core-cutting / carpentry / metal work on concrete / stone wall >10" thickness.
• Stabiliser & ODU stand supplied by customer will be charged for installation.
• Dismantling old AC.
• Scaffolding arrangement.
• MCB arrangement of 15/16 amps for 1 TR, 1.5 TR & 20 amps for 2 TR.
• Society / association permissions.
• Installation of external protective covers.
• Customised on-site work as per customer requirements.

Your Blue Star AC comes with a user-friendly remote control and smart features for convenient operation.

The remote control allows you to manage all functions of your AC. Ensure batteries are correctly inserted (AAA 1.5V). Point the remote directly at the indoor unit.

• आवृत्ति: Clean the air filters every two weeks, or more frequently if the environment is dusty.
• प्रक्रिया:

  2. एयर फिल्टरहरू हटाउनुहोस्।

  4. Rinse thoroughly and allow them to dry completely in a shaded area.

Your Blue Star AC is equipped with Anti-Corrosive Blue Fins on the evaporator and condenser coils. These fins protect against corrosion and leakage, enhancing the durability and lifespan of the unit, especially in coastal areas or environments with high humidity.

Terms & Conditions Apply: The warranty covers components like Electronic PCB, IDU Evaporating Coil & ODU Condenser Coil. It excludes all types of air filters, plastic and metal parts, remote handset & gas charging. Gas charging associated with Compressor/Evaporator/Condenser coil to be paid by the customer. This warranty applies to residential usage only.
