Chef support FAQ

यस ब्रान्डको लागि म्यानुअल, दर्ता, र समर्थन बारे सामान्य प्रश्नहरू।

  • Where can I find the model number on my Chef cooker?

The model and serial number are typically located on the inside of the oven door rim or on the kick panel at the bottom of the unit.

  • Can I line the bottom of my Chef oven with foil?

No. Do not place foil or baking trays directly on the bottom of the oven floor, as trapped heat can crack or craze the enamel lining.

  • How often should I clean the rangehood filters?

Grease filters in Chef rangehoods should be removed and cleaned every four weeks (maximum) to reduce fire risk and ensure optimal airflow.

  • How do I claim warranty for my Chef appliance?

You can register your product via the QR code found on the appliance or visit the Chef website waranty page. Ensure you report any damage or marks within 7 days of delivery.

  • What should I do if my gas burner does not light?

If the burner does not light within 15 seconds, turn the knob off and allow one minute for the gas to clear before trying again.
