Welcome to your guide for making online payments to Insight.com! This guide will walk you through the two convenient ways you can pay your invoices: by logging in to your Insight.com account or by paying as a guest without an account.
ONLINE PAYMENT FOR CLIENTS
To enhance efficiency and security, the process of paying invoices has been streamlined. Now, you can click a link on your invoice which takes you to a landing page where you can choose two options: log into your Insight account to complete the payment or pay as a guest if you don’t have an account. The updated system supports various payment methods, including ACH and debit, and allows you to save your payment information and pay multiple invoices at once for a more flexible and convenient experience.
BENEFITS OF ONLINE PAYMENTS
- You can choose to pay with a debit or an ACH transfer.
- The system allows you to make short payments by adjusting the dollar amount for an invoice.
- It provides you with a single sign-on experience if you are already logged into your insight.com account. This allows you to save payment methods and schedule payments, which is not an option when paying as a guest.
- The system offers a payment history feature, so you can see what you’ve already paid.
- You can apply open credits toward their payments.
- It prevents you from accidentally paying an invoice twice because the system recognizes that a payment has already been made.

PAYING WITH YOUR INSIGHT.COM ACCOUNT
This section is for clients who want to pay their invoices by logging in to their Insight.com खाता।
- Initiate Payment: Click the “Pay Now” button from your invoice. This is going to take you directly to PNC with single sign on so you won’t need to log in again.

- Select Invoices: From the list of your open invoices, select the ones you want to pay. You can choose to pay multiple invoices at once.

- Adjust Payment Amount (if needed): If you want to make a partial payment, you adjust the dollar amount and choose the short pay option.

- Add a Payment Method: The first time you make a payment, you will need to add your banking information.

- Enter your bank account details, including the routing and account numbers.

Important Note on Processing Times
Keep in mind that payments may not be immediately reflected in your account. The transcript notes a processing time of 2-3 business days. For example, if you pay on a Monday, the payment file may be uploaded the next day (Tuesday), and your account will be updated the day after that (Wednesday).
Benefits of Using Your Insight Account for Payment

- Access the Payment Link: To pay your invoice, just click the “Pay Now” link. You’ll be taken to a page where you’ll need to enter your account number and zip code.
- Enter Account Information:
- Enter your account number.
- Enter the zip code associated with the account.
- Prove You’re Not a Robot: Complete the CAPTCHA or other verification to prove you are not a robot.

After these steps, the process will continue with the steps for selecting invoices and adding a payment method, similar to the process for users with single sign-on. The main difference is that when paying as a guest, you will have to enter your payment method each time, as the system does not save your information.
KEY REMINDERS
- If an Insight employee logs in as the client using the Login As feature, the Pay Now button will be disabled.
- Access to Pay Now is granted by user, not by the account.
- The Pay Now button is turned on by default. It can be turned off using roles and permissions on the user’s account.
- Payment options are debit and ACH. Credit card is by approval only.
- A client who pays as a guest will not have the ability to set up recurring payments.
- A client who uses Single Sign On (SSO) will be able to save their account and bank information.
- Clients can pay multiple invoices at once on the PNC Payer Express webसाइट।
